Nottinghamshire fireman Matt Knight is well known for his endurance activities and he will have be determined as ever for his next challenge of rowing the Pacific Ocean, according to work colleagues.
The 38-year-old who is stationed at Stockhill Fire Station is looking to break the world record for the quickest time in the Great Pacific Ocean Race, along with three others. They’re raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
After competing in a number of Ultra marathons before taking to the water, his colleagues have no doubt that he will be as determined as ever for his next challenge.
