A car was impaled on a car park barrier at Forest Rec park and ride this morning.
No-one is thought to have been hurt in the incident, which was captured on camera by a passing motorist.
A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Police said: “We were called to a reported collision at the park and pide facility at the Forest Recreation Ground at around 8.40am today.
“A car had collided with a barrier. There are no reported injuries.
“Nottingham City Council is now dealing with repairs to the barrier.”
