Dougie Freedman: “We’ve got a plan for the future”

Dougie Freedman has said that he has been happy with the performance of Nottingham Forest since he’s been in charge and that he has a clear plan for the future.

He said: “I feel the club has not had a plan for a while – I’m a manager who doesn’t just speak the language of putting young players in I actually do it.

“I will not go out there and get a player for the sake of it,  I will get a player that can contribute to the style we play.”

He said that the results have not reflected the performances of the team across the season and that he is not wishing the end of the season away.
