Five men face charges over Forest v Derby trouble

Five men have been charged by police in connection with crowd trouble which followed Nottingham Forest’s win over Derby County on Friday.

A handful of fans ran on to the pitch after the Reds secured a one-nil win at the city ground.

Graham Fisher, 54 of Breckhill Road, Woodthorpe has been charged with going onto the playing area at a football match, and Dale Haywood, 23 of Sherwood Court, Beeston has been charged with being drunk and disorderly.

Also, Nathan Renshaw, 25, of Garden Crescent, South Normanton, Derbyshire has been charged with being drunk in a designated sports ground. All three men will appear before court on Monday, November 30.

John Poznanski, 59, of Ferndale, Mansfield, has been charged with going onto the playing area at a football match and being drunk in a designated sports ground, and Jack Evans, 21, of Blandford Road, Beeston has been charged with going onto the pitch at a football match and being in possession of cocaine.

Both of these men will appear before court on Tuesday, December 1.

Two other men who were arrested have been released without charge.
