Rare Victorian prams from the Nottingham Pram Company will be auctioned today.

A total of 16 vintage pramsdating back 150 years will go under the hammer at Mellors and Kirk in Lenton later and could sell for as much as £2,500.

The prams all come from the Nottingham Pram Company a name which has been around since the mid 19th century.

There is expected to be further interest in the Victorian prams due to Princess Charlotte bringing vintage prams back into fashion when she appeared in an antique pram for her Christening.
