A major road near Mansfield is closed after what emergency workers described as a ‘serious’ crash involving two cars and a lorry.
The collision happened on the A617 Sherwood Way East, between the A60 and A6191 Southwell Road West, south of Mansfield.
It happened just after 11.15am. Notts Police, fire crews, ambulance teams and the air ambulance attended.
A Notts Police spokesman said the road would be closed “for several hours” while officers examine the scene and clear debris.
Details of any injuries suffered in the incident are yet to be released.
