A motorcyclist has been hurt in a collision on London Road in Nottingham.
The crash happened shortly before 2.55pm at the junction with Queen’s Road, close to the Hooter’s restaurant.
A spokesman for Notts Police said the male motorcyclist is thought to be the only person involved and was hurt after coming off the bike and sliding into the road.
His condition is not yet known.
Emergency crews are at the scene and traffic is building up on the city-bound side of London Road. Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
