Police investigation launched into racially-aggravated assault in Hyson Green

An investigation is underway after a 75-year-old man was verbally abused, spat at and punched in the face in a racially-aggravated attack.

The incident occurred at around 11.05am on Thursday, December 11 last year at the Post Office on Gregory Boulevard.

The above image, released by Nottinghamshire Police today (Wednesday, January 28), shows the suspect who is described as white, 5’5″ – 5’8″ tall, of scruffy appearance, with short dark hair.
