Theatre Royal’s pantomime Peter Pan will this year be headlined by comedian Joe Pasquale and Only Fools and Horses star John Challis who played Boycie in the hit sitcom.
Joe Pasquale will lead the cast in the role of Smee having previously starred in the West End production of Spamalot and appeared on five Royal Variety Performances.
Best known for his role as Boycie in Only Fools and Horses alongside his character’s laugh, John Challis also starred in spin-off The Green, Green Grass and has made appearances in Coronation Street, My Family and Benidorm.
He will star as Captain Hook with further cast announcements to be made in the near future.
The pantomime will be staged by Qdos Entertainment, the world’s biggest panto producer.
