Tom Crawford will continue his fight after his appeal to stop his home being repossessed is refused by the court.
Mr Crawford has been refused permission to appeal against a possession order on his bungalow in Fearne Chase in Carlton, by Judge Nigel Godsmark QC at Nottingham County Court.
This is the latest development in a long battle with bank Bradford and Bingley over his mortgage payments.
The bank claims that Mr Crawford owes them over £43,000.
Mr Crawford who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2011 and is now in recovery says he doesn’t owe them a penny.
But the Crawford family are optimistic about the ruling as Mr Crawford says new warrant would now have to be applied for in order to repossess his home.

Mr Crawford said: “The fight for justice is not just for me, not just for my wife, not just for all my family and not just for our friend but for everyone.”
The 64-year-old gained national attention when he posted videos campaigning for help which led to hundred of supporters coming to his aid.
The campaigners helped stop bailiffs from repossessing his home twice in July 2014 and January this year.

In a statement Bradford and Bingley told Notts TV News: “The Court has ruled that the Crawford’s appeal did not have any prospect of success. Bradford and Bingley have followed proper legal procedure and we have an enforceable possession order for the property.”
