The former home of Carlton man Tom Crawford has been put up for sale by auction.
Mr Crawford was at the centre of a controversial legal battle with his mortgage lender, which ended with him being evicted from the bungalow in the summer.
He had argued he had paid off the loan but Bradford and Bingley said he still owed them tens of thousands of pounds.
The dispute led to Mr Crawford, 64, gathering a big following online and hundreds of people attended protests outside his house to support him.
The property on Fearne Chase is now being sold at Nottingham Racecourse through Graham Penny Auctions on November 3.

It has a guide price of £70,000 and is described as “in need of major improvement and modernisation”.
Mr Crawford took the case to the High Court, but a judge ruled against him and the eviction was carried out in July after several failed attempts.
