Watch: Notts couple who founded stillbirth support charity opening second hospital unit

A Nottinghamshire couple who founded a charity after their daughter was stillborn are just a month away from opening their second hospital suite dedicated to helping bereaved mums and dads.

Richard and Michelle Daniels from Chilwell lost Emily in 2013 and last April opened a unit at the Queen’s Medical Centre after setting up Forever Stars in her memory.

Now another serenity suite to help parents in similar circumstances is close opening at Nottingham City Hospital.

Throughout October Forever Stars is also running the campaign #talkaboutthem, asking people to raise money for Forever Stars to pay for a counsellor for bereaved siblings following baby loss.

The charity raised £115,000 for the Queen’s Medical Centre suite and is spending more than £80,000 on opening the City Hospital unit.
