Watch: Notts ice cream man still doing the rounds despite freezing weather

A Nottinghamshire ice cream man is still out doing his rounds despite temperatures dipping as low as minus four celsius on Tuesday.

Luigi Coronato, from Wollaton, insists on working whatever the weather and was out and about in the city and Lenton despite the snow.

He said: “It’s a bit quieter than usual but it’s the beginning of the season, so we’re ready and making an effort, albeit it’s snowing.

“We’re out most days – it’s a profession at the end of the day, we treat it as a profession, not as a hobby.”
