Police are looking for witnesses to come forward after a McDonald’s employee was shot with a pellet gun.
The incident happened outside the McDonald’s on Lincoln Road in Newark on the night of Sunday, October 9.
She was shot in the delivery area of the restaurant at around 10.50pm.
The woman was taken to Newark Hospital with minor injuries.
Sergeant Mike Taylor, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “There is no suggestion that it is anything other than an isolated and random attack.
“Fortunately, the person was not seriously hurt, although she was shaken by it.”
