A HGV that caught fire in the early hours of this morning on the M1 caused rush hour traffic disruption.
The fire caused all four lanes of traffic to be held on the northbound carriageway between junctions 25 and 26 at around 3am on Tuesday (January 3).
The vehicle was carrying 1,000 crates of pre-packed food.
Only one lane remains closed but there is still no access to Trowell Services.
The incident is expected to be completely cleared at around 2pm with traffic now not facing delays.
