Nottingham’s smallest coffee shop has opened inside a telephone box near the Lace Market.
DiallingIn opened yesterday (April 10) on Middle Pavement after the box was put on the rental market in January 2015 in the hope that it would attract creative entrepreneurs.

DiallingIn’s owner Luke Thorpe said: “I wanted to open up a coffee shop around 18 months ago and during the process while we were looking for a small shop to rent, we found out there was a phone box for rent that could be turned into one.
“I did a bit of research and thought ‘why not’, let’s open up a phone box and turn it into a coffee shop.
“With Nottingham, having that kind of creative feel towards it and its location is really important.
“The public’s response in Nottingham has been very positive and people have been very supportive; we appreciate something that’s a bit wacky and a bit new.”
