Police have launched a murder inquiry after a 43-year-old man was found dead at Hedderley Walk on Sunday afternoon.
The victim’s body was found at Hedderley Walk in St Ann’s just after 4pm on Sunday.
Several surrounding streets have been closed whilst police investigate the area.
Officers have also restricted access to the subway under Shelton Street to Alison Walk, but it is not clear how long the cordon will be there.
Four police cars are still at the scene as well as two police tents.
The victim has not yet been identified.
Nottinghamshire Police are asking anyone with information to contact them on 101, quoting incident 511 on 31 May.
