A man who died in a collision on the A1 at Newark last Thursday (March 9) has been named as Ian Newell from Grantham, Lincolnshire.
The 52-year-old man, who was driving one of the vehicles involved, died in the collision on the northbound carriageway.
A 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving but has been released on bail.
The crash involved six vehicles with officers continuing to investigate the collision.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or who has Dashcam footage to contact them on 101 quoting incident number 137 of March 9.
