Thousands enjoy Nottingham Light Night 2016

Thousands of people filled the city centre on Friday to enjoy the ninth annual Light Night festival.
Dozens of light-themed events from art exhibitions to floodlit five-a-side football were held to create a colourful and family-friendly evening.

8.50pm The choir are singing and people are gathering into St’Andrew’s church for musical performances.
Nottingham Castle has a beautiful display of lights which are illuminating the gardens.
