New appeal to find missing Mansfield girl, Amber Peat

Parents plea for their 13-year-old daughters safe return at a police press conference.

Amber Peat, 13, from Bosworth Street in Mansfield, was last seen at around 5:30pm on Saturday after having an argument with her parents over her chores.

Superintendent Matt McFarlane of Nottinghamshire Police said Amber’s disappearance was “totally out of character.”

Amber’s mother, Kelly, and stepfather, Danny, broke down in tears as they spoke at the police press conference.
