A Nottinghamshire man will appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (July 14) charged with two offences of terrorism.
No evidence suggests that anyone was at risk with the incident believed to be ‘intelligence led.’
The 28 year old man has been charged with two offences of Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
He was arrested on Monday following a joint investigation by Nottinghamshire Police and the North East Counter Terrorism Unit.
Police have released no further information.
