Nottingham launched its answer to London’s Oyster travel card on Monday.

The Robin Hood Card will allow passengers to switch between the tram and different bus operators.

Travellers can get and top up the card at a limited number of city ticket machines during a testing period.

Next year the card will be available at shops and travel centres and organisers hope to expand its coverage area outside of the city.
