Detectives are searching for man with ‘crooked yellow teeth’ after a robbery at a William Hill bookmakers in Ollerton.
At around 9.25pm on Wednesday 25 November, a man wearing a hood walked into the shop holding a weapon, believed to be a knife.
No one was hurt as the hooded man ran from the shop after being verbally challenged. The would-be robber fled out of the rear fire door.
Before entering the bookies, the man walked up Rufford Avenue before turning onto Forest Road.
Officers would like to speak with anyone who saw a man matching the following description:
- White
- Crooked yellow teeth
- Around 5ft 9ins tall
- Wearing a grey hooded top
