Three people injured in ‘serious’ police incident in Netherfield

Three people were injured in what police called a ‘serious assault’ in Netherfield on Sunday afternoon.

Police were called to an address on Curzon Street at around 3.30pm on October 1.

A spokesman for Notts Police said: “Two men have been arrested after a serious assault in Netherfield. Three people were injured following a dispute.”

Pictures from the scene show several police vehicles and an ambulance on the street, and the road was initially sealed off by police at the junction with Victoria Road.
